Step 1: Firstly, install and open the Shoviv Lotus Notes Migration Suite.
Step 2: Now, click on the Add NSF File button that is present on the ribbon bar.
Step 3: Here, you can add the source using the multiple option. You can directly add the NSF File(s) from the local folder.
Step 4: Also, you can directly add the Domino Mailboxes from the Domino Server.
Step 5: In the same way, you can also add the NSF verse files. Click OK to move ahead.
Step 6: You will be prompted to Export Item and Save Settings; apply the settings as per the need.
Step 7: Select Office 365 as a target from the ribbon bar, and you will get two options to connect: Migrate Using the EWS( Modern Authentication) and Migrate Using Outlook MAPI (Outlook Profile). You can opt for any of them.
Mode 1: Using the EWS (Modern Authentication):
Step 8: Select the Migrate Using the EWS ( Modern Authentication) option.
Step 9: Here, you can exclude the folders if there is any requirement. Moreover, you can decide the number of items that will migrate simultaneously. Click Next.
Step 10: A default connect wizard will open; moreover, you can choose whether you want to migrate to the Primary/ Archive Mailbox or the Public Folder.
Step 11: Select Office 365/Exchange Online as the target. Again, here are two ways to connect: Auto Registration and Manual.
Step 12: When you select the Auto Registration, the software will prompt you to the Microsoft sign-up page. Enter the credentials to connect.
Step 13: Accept the permissions requested and move ahead.
Step 14: If you choose Modern Authentication (Manual), then you
have to enter the Tenant ID, Client ID, Client Secret Key and Admin User Email. Click here to

Step 15: Now the software will connect and show the users. You can also add users through the CSV file. Check the users required and click on the Add Mailboxes.
Step 16:You will get connection details and the target mailbox type for the migration. Click Next.
Step 17:The next step is to map the source mailboxes with the target. Check the source mailboxes listed for the mapping.
Step 18:Move towards selecting the target mailboxes for mapping. Double-click the target mailbox to add it to the mapping.
Step 19:The source mailbox will be mapped with the selected target mailbox. Click on Next.
Step 20:In this wizard, users can apply the item type and date range filter for the specific results. Moreover, users can do folder mapping as well as use email translation. If processing again, then uncheck the “ Export All Items” check box. Click Next.
Step 21:The migration process will start, and you will get a complete report for the same. Users can also save the report for future reference. Finally, click on the Finish. button.
Mode 2: Migrate Using Outlook MAPI (Outlook Profile)
Step 8: Firstly, select the Migrate Using Outlook MAPI (Outlook Profile).
Step 9: Check/Uncheck the subfolders as per the need. You can exclude if you don’t want to migrate a folder.
Step 10: The first option to connect is with the Outlook Profile (Fetch All Mailboxes from Outlook Profile) Select the Outlook Profile of the Admin Account.

Step 11: You can also connect by entering the Office 365 account credentials. You can also connect using the Outlook Profile. Click on Next to proceed.
Step 12: The next step is to map the source mailbox to the target mailbox.
Step 13: Select and double-tap the target mailbox to map with the source. Click OK.
Step 14: Map and validate the target. Click on Next.
Step 15: The next page is for the filter. Apply the filter if there is a need. Uncheck the ‘Export all Items” option if you are migrating again and want to skip the already migrated items. Click on Next.
Step 16: The migration process will start, and you will have a complete migration report of the process. Click on the Finish when the process completes.
