Preview Option to Preview Source mailboxes items

This features helps to preview of source mailbox items before exporting the added source mailboxes into target destination such as PST, Live Exchange & Office 365. Beside this, it also facilitates to cross-check the source mailbox items by ensuring about the proper accuracy and integrity of the software. Further, one can also view all items properties with MAPI tag.

Hassle-free EDB to PST conversion

The software facilitates to convert EDB to PST without losing or tempering any content. The advanced algorithm of this software allows to scan the corrupt and inaccessible exchange mailbox items very fast and recover them without breaking their actual property.

Split large mailboxes

Split option helps to split large sized mailbox into multiple PST files during the conversion process (depends upon user requirement).

The default behavior of software creates a single PST file for single mailbox (2mailbox = 2 pst files).

Add live exchange mailboxes in source

User can add exchange mailboxes through AD (Active Directory) using their windows server credentials. One must assign full administrative rights to the added credential which will allow the users to access other mailboxes. Apart from this, one can also add archive mailbox and Public folder into the software. Further, one can migrate and export the added mailboxes to another target mailboxes i.e, Office 365 Mailboxes, live exchangeMailboxes, Outlook Profile stores with mapping source to target as well as export into PST files in flawless manner.

Add office 365 mailboxes in source

User can add office 365 mailboxes using office 365 user credentials. User must be a Global Admin for smooth operation. One must assign full access rights to other user of added user which will allow the users to access other Office 365 mailboxes. Though it depends upon the requirement, one can also add archive mailbox and Public folder as well. Further, one can migrate and export the added office 365 mailboxes to another target mailboxes i.e, live exchange Mailboxes, Office 365 Mailboxes, Outlook Profile stores with mapping source to target as well as export into PST files in flawless manner.

Import & export mailbox items

One can simply import and export mailbox items to/fro between multiple environment. Further, it also empowers to import and export mailbox data from and between any third party email clients. Advanced filter option helps to filter "include/exclude" mailbox items based upon user requirement.

Exchange migration

Having equipped with several prominent features, it helps the users to migrate users mailboxes from exchange to exchange and exchange to Office 365 without any data loss. That being said, one can migrate users mailboxes from Offline EDB, live exchange and public folders to another Office 365, live exchange and public folders with ease.

Items search option

This feature helps to search items from added source mailboxes using different criteria's such as subject, To, CC, BCC, From, item type, Attachment Name, read/Unread messages etc.

It is suggested to use "semi-column(;)" to separate multi value search during the search process. User can select Include/Exclude option into given search bar.

Export & save reports in various format

This option plays a vital role when it comes to save reports for admin access. One can export entire reports and further save them into easily accessible HTML format.
