Export Multiple Mailboxes in Office 365
Note: Here, we will only describe how to Export PST Files in Office 365. The same steps will be applicable for other added sources.
- To Export the added source mailboxes into Office 365 mailbox, there are two options.
- First option: Go to the Ribbon bar and click the Office 365 option under the Export OST/PST Files group.

- Second option: By Right-clicking on the folder list. A context menu will appear on which click on the Export multiple Files into then select the Office 365 mailboxes option.

- After clicking on the Export Mailboxes Office 365 option, a wizard box will pop up containing two options
- Check/Uncheck Sub Folder: When you check this option, clicking on any check box in the folder list will automatically select or unselect all the subfolders of that particular mailbox. After selecting the subfolders, click the Next button.

- Include/Exclude Mailboxes Folders: With this option, you can exclude or include mailboxes' folders. This option consists of three options.
- Include Folders: Checking this option will only export the selected folders.
- Exclude Folders: Checking this option will exclude the selected folders.
- Add and Remove: With this option, you can add or remove desired folders to include and exclude them from the process.

- Now, click the Next button, and a dialog box will pop up containing two options.
- Fetch all mailboxes from the Outlook Profile: This option allows users to select an already configured Outlook profile to Fetch mailboxes and migrate added sources.
- Fetch all mailboxes from the Global address list: Checking this option will allow fetching all mailboxes from the global address list of the selected Outlook profile.

- Fetch all mailboxes from Office 365: This option allows you to fetch mailboxes from the desired Office 365 account. Users have to enter the credentials of the Office 365 account in which users want to migrate added source.
- User Email: Email of Office 365 Administrator and ensure that all other users have given mailbox delegate there to this user.
- Password: Password of the respective user.
- Server Name: Select a Server Name type from the dropdown list.

- You can select an Outlook profile to connect.

To proceed further, click the Next button from the wizard box
- In the next wizard, users need to map added source with the respective Office 365 mailboxes. The user can also validate the target mailboxes to get assured whether it exists or not. Read more...

- Map Source: With this option, you can map sources one by one manually. To map the source mailbox with the target, select one source mailbox from the list, click on the Map Source button, and choose the respective target mailbox.
- Validate Target: Using this button, you can validate the target mailbox to see whether it exists or not.
- Export list to CSV: With this option, you can save the source mapping list into the CSV file to use later.
- Map Source using CSV: With this button, you can Map multiple sources with target mailboxes using a CSV file. For this, create a CSV file containing the source name in one column and the respective target on another column and upload it using Map source using CSV option.
- Once you are done with the source mapping, click on the Next button. Now the filter wizard will open containing many options.
Message Class Filter: This filter option allows to add the message class to exclude and include them from the process. Click on the 'Add' button then a message class dialog box will pop up containing some default message class; users can select message class from dialog or add message class manually. To add a new message class, type the message class in the edit box and click the Add button.

Message Date Filter: This option allows to filter the message according to their date. For this, select a particular date range (From-To) and click on the Add button.

Export All items : This option allows you to resume the process if it gets interrupted or prevents duplicity when you export items again. Unchek the box while export again same source with same target. Read More..

Apply Filter Using: After applying the date filter, there are more various criteria:
- The user can apply the filter by last modification time.
- The user can apply the filter by message creation time.
- The user can apply the filter by message delivery time.
- The user can apply the filter by client submit time.
Process hard delete items from Deleted folder check the box to recover the hard deleted items.

Folder Mapping: This option allows you to Map the source folders with the destination folder or create a new custom folder for any given source folder.
- Add: Using this button, one can add the source and the target folder name for mapping.
- Edit: With this button, we can edit or change the source folder or target folder name.
- Export in CSV: Use this button to export the Folder mapping list into the CSV file for later use.
- Import from CSV: With this button, add the multiple sources folders along with target folders using CSV file, create a CSV file containing source folder name in one column and respective target folder name on another column, and upload it using Import from CSV option.
- Remove: This button is provided to remove the added source folder and the target folder.

Email Translation : This option allows you to change the imporper display email address of the items, in a proper form by provide the proper email address on target section.
- Add: Using this button, one can add the source(improper sender display email address) and the target(translated) email email address.
- Edit: With this button, we can edit or change the source target email address.
- Export in CSV: Use this button to export the translated email address list into the CSV file for later use.
- Import from CSV: With this button, add the multiple sources email address along with translated email address(target) using CSV file, create a CSV file containing source email address in one column and respective translated email address on another column, and upload it using Import from CSV option.
- Remove:- This button is provided to remove the added source and the target email address.
- Apply on recipients too: Uncheck the box below to apply email translation on the recipients too. By default the email translation apply on "From" field only.

Once you are done with the Advance option, click Ok and then click the Next button to proceed.
- After clicking on the Next button, the software will start the export process and displays a live log report. The live log report shows Source Folder, Target Folder, Item Count, Process Item, Filtered Items, Failed Items, and Status.

- Stop: Stop button allows stopping all processes immediately.
- Save report: By clicking on this option, you can save the log report into an HTML file.
